Hermiston Raceway- (Hermiston Oregon) 2022 Schedule Release 01.04.2022 The Historic Hermiston Raceway is gearing up for its 55th season packed with Adrenaline, Thrills, Entertainment and of course SPEED. With a New Year comes new challenges and opportunities, the 2022 Season Schedule was designed to accommodate the growth of short track racing in the Northwest for not only the track as a whole but most importantly its Competitors & Fans! The Schedule was crafted amongst a variety of racing and entertainment with the aspiration to make each event premier and exciting for all that attend and compete. Hermiston Raceway's 3/8s is now a stomping ground for the biggest talent in the Northwest, it's challenging and unique features maximize driver talent and make the racing exciting to ALL fans, from newbies to diehards- There's never a dull moment, its an action packed show start to finish- The atmosphere at Hermiston Raceway is now ELECTRIC, after its 4th season under Speedway Promotions LLC. ran by the Walden Family! Track Course Challenges - "The Roval" A Few of the events have a track course challenge, this challenge is a course change referred to as "THE ROVAL". The Roval uses turn 1+2 of the race track and merges at the exit of turn 2- utilizing a portion of the Figure 8 track- exiting back onto the entrance of turn 3 of the race track. This course becomes a "chicane like" feature which elevates a Driver's talent, patience and knowledge of set-up- Did we mention its EPIC to spectate? Divisions/ Travel Series + Entertainment- Local Series include: Hornets, Bombers, Mini Stocks, Bettarel Hobby Stocks, Street Stocks , INEX Legends and Pro Lates Models. Traveling Series include: Northwest Super Late Model Series, WESCO Winged Sprints, Tri- State Challenge Series Hobby Stocks, Tri-State Challenge Series Pro Late Models, West Coast Modifieds, West Coast Vintage Modifieds, Mini Stock Tour, Inland NW Sprints, AMCA Midgets, Focus Midgets, Washington Midget Racing association, ISRL, JR Late Model Series, Speed Tour Modifieds, MR Dizzy + Great Auz Stunt, Bump 2 Pass, Circus Bombers and Hornets, + Much More! We will be welcoming Speed51/ Racing America to stream selected events that reach fans across the globe (international platform) - more information on this will be released soon.
